Will is a forward-thinking leader in the background screening industry with 15+ years of experience. He’s held senior roles across multiple functions and was Director at one of the UK’s largest screening firms, leading 300+ staff.

Passionate about modernising screening, he also serves as Chair Elect for the PBSA Europe. Outside work, he’s learning to sail.

Adam Powers | Sales Director

Adam has built a successful career in SaaS sales, helping businesses grow with smart, tech-driven solutions. With a background in IT project management, he brings technical know-how to every client conversation.
